Farm to Hospital Resources

As part of the effort to make healthy food accessible to more individuals and institutions, the following resources are provided to help make farm to hospital and cafeteria connections possible and practical. The two outlines below were developed and shared as part of the Cultivating Sustainability Conference: Successes and Challenges of the Three Food Systems, which was hosted by Washington and Lee University on September 30, 2009.
